Day 1: Nairobi
Upon arrival in Nairobi at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, a warm welcome awaits you. You will be received and transfered to your city hotel for acclimatization and overnight stay.
Day 2: Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, drive to Lake Nakuru National Park to arrive for check in at your accommodation here. Originally declared a National Park because of a superbly diverse bird population, which includes many migrants, Lake Nakuru is also a favorite place for travelers to seek the rare black rhino. With a bit of luck you may find Buffalo, zebra, antelope and both lion and the elusive leopard. After lunch you will embark on an afternoon unlimited game drive in search of wildlife and black rhino and return for dinner and overnight in same accommodation.
Day 3: Lake Nakuru National Park
Spend whole day in Lake Nakuru National Park with unlimited game drives. All meals and overnight will be offered in same accommodation.
Day 4: Solio Ranch
After breakfast, depart Lake Nakuru and drive towards the central Kenyan highlands. Upon arrival check-in accommodation followed by lunch. In the afternoon, drive to Solio Ranch a conservancy at the foot of Aberdare Mountains for unlimited game drive in search of wildlife including the Rhinos. This private conservancy has the highest concentration of Rhinos in Kenya. It also boasts of a big variety of other wildlife. Solio is a conservancy rarely visited by most tourists hence making it the best choice for the regular traveler. Return for dinner and overnight at same accommodation
Day 5: Solio Ranch
Spend whole day in Solio Ranch with unlimited game drives. All meals and overnight at your accommodation.
Day 6: Lewa Wildlife Conservancy
After breakfast, drive to Lewa Wildlife Conservancy to arrive for check in at your Camp. Lunch at the Camp. Sprawling over the rolling plains north of Mt Kenya, Lewa Wildlife Conservancy is a prolific wildlife conservancy that is popular with celebrities, conservationists, writers and photographers. The Wildlife Conservancy is home to the largest concentration of Grevy’s zebra in the world, and its range of habitats attracts diverse birdlife and hosts over 130 Black and White rhino. In the afternoon, proceed on unlimited game drives in search of wildlife including the Rhinos. Enjoy dinner and overnight in the camp
Day 7: Lewa Wildlife Conservancy
Spend whole day in Lewa Wildlife Conservancy with unlimited game drives. All meals and overnight at your camp.
Day 8: Sera Community Conservancy
After breakfast, drive to Sera Community Conservancy to arrive for check in at your Camp. Spend the rest of the day in the Conservancy with the Lodge’s scheduled activities in Lodge’s shared vehicle. All meals and overnight at the lodge within the conservancy.
Day 9: Sera Community Conservancy
Spend whole day in Sera Community Conservancy with the Lodge’s scheduled activities in Lodge’s shared vehicle. These activities include: One Rhino tracking session per day, Shared day & night game drives in 4×4 vehicles and guided bush walks, Bush meals, sundowner & picnic excursions, All meals and overnight at the lodge.
Day 10: Ol Pejeta Conservancy
After breakfast, drive to Ol Pejeta Conservancy to arrive at your tented camp in time for lunch. This is the only place in Kenya where Chimpanzees are found. Sweet waters is home to orphaned Chimpanzees, introduced to Kenya by the British researcher Jane Goodall to protect the otherwise endangered species. The Reserve has a high concentration of animals in relation to its area. Elephant, buffalo and the rare Rhino can be found there. After lunch, proceed on afternoon unlimited game drives in the ranch including a visit to Chimpanzee Sanctuary. Dinner and overnight at your accommodation.
Day 11: Ol Pejeta Conservancy
Spend whole day in Ol Pejeta Conservancy with unlimited game drives. All meals and overnight at your accommodation.
Day 12: Nairobi
After breakfast, drive back to Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward international flight back home. You could also opt to do some souvenir shopping or go to a City hotel / restaurant for lunch (extra cost) or even ask us to book you a day room at a City hotel so you can relax / freshen up as you prepare to go to the airport for your international flight. We will gladly do all these and advise the extra costs.
